In this return policy, where you see a capitalised term, that capitalised term has the meaning given in our Term of services.
We offer returns on Items for 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be initiated for return by replying to your order confirmation email or by emailing us at [email protected] within 30 days from the date of delivery;
Upon receipt of your request for a return, we will provide you with the address for the return of the Item. Return shipping will need to be covered by you;
You will have 7 business days to provide us the tracking number for your shipment. If we do not receive any communication from you after 7 business days, we will cancel the return request.
All Items must be in new condition, have no visible signs of wear and tear; and
You are required to keep the original product packaging for the first 30 days as the returned Items need to be packed in the original packaging. If not, you are required to pay all applicable fees for the delivery and use of new custom packaging.
If the Items are damaged upon receipt or you have received an incorrect order, you must contact us by email to [email protected] within 30 days from the date of delivery of the damaged or incorrect Items with photos and details of the damage, original packaging or incorrect order, and we may offer a refund, replacement or other substitution at our discretion.
You should expect to receive your refund for the items in your order within 4 weeks of sending your package to the return courier, however, in most cases you may receive your refund more promptly. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return at the provided return address (5 to 10 business days), the required time to process your return and inspect the Items (up to 5 business days), and the time required for the refund amount to appear in your bank statements (5 to 10 business days) – return shipping is not refundable.
If you are in Indian, your rights set out above are given in addition to your rights under the India Consumer Law, and, subject to the India Consumer Law. Our return policy doesn’t replace or exclude your rights under the India Consumer Law or India law generally.

All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on the Website or the Applications are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes. All such taxes will be added to your total before checkout.
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards for all purchases. We strive to make payments as easy as possible and we strive to make other payment methods available in the future; please check our payment page for current payment methods. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information or other payment method (such as paypal, GooglePay, Apple Pay, Alipay, etc.) information that you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card or other payment method for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company or other payment system, (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Website or the Applications at the time of your order, and (v) if you are a minor, you are authorized by your parent or guardian to use such credit card or other payment method for the purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase of one of our products, we will accept a return of such products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery.
